1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of vda2.me and related services (the "Service"), operated by GeoFirm Global Corporation, located at 1028 Cresthaven Rd, Ste 200 #1144, Memphis, TN 38119 ("GeoFirm," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

vda2.me provides a voluntary, recipient-initiated delivery confirmation and assurance service. The Service allows senders to generate a verification reference (QR code or short alphanumeric code) that recipients may optionally use to confirm receipt of an item.

Key clarifications:

• vda2.me does not deliver packages
• vda2.me does not control carriers
• vda2.me does not guarantee delivery outcomes
• Participation by recipients is entirely optional

The Service supplements — but does not replace — carrier tracking or proof-of-delivery systems.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using vda2.me, you represent that you have the authority to use the Service, that any information you provide is accurate and lawful, and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

A. Senders

Senders acknowledge that vda2.me provides confirmation signals, not delivery guarantees. Confirmation depends on recipient participation. GeoFirm is not responsible for carrier performance, loss, theft, or misdelivery.

Senders may not misrepresent the Service as carrier-endorsed, use the Service to surveil individuals, or use confirmations as sole proof for legal, insurance, or regulatory purposes without independent verification.

B. Recipients

Recipients are not required to confirm delivery, are not required to create an account, and may manually enter a code or scan a QR reference. Confirmations represent a good-faith acknowledgment of receipt at a point in time.

C. Registered Users (Optional)

Users who create accounts are responsible for maintaining account security, all activity under their credentials, and keeping contact information current. GeoFirm may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Harvest or track personal data
• Commit fraud
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Interfere with system integrity
• Impersonate others
• Misrepresent confirmations as legally conclusive proof

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." GeoFirm makes no warranties, express or implied, including accuracy of confirmations, continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Confirmations are contextual signals, not certifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoFirm shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items, reliance on confirmation data, carrier failures, or third-party actions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to GeoFirm for the Service or $100 USD, whichever is less.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeoFirm from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or misuse of confirmation data.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, systems, trademarks, and workflows are owned by or licensed to GeoFirm. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service solely as intended.

10. Third-Party Services & Carriers

GeoFirm is not affiliated with or endorsed by carriers unless explicitly stated. Carrier names are used solely for descriptive purposes.

11. Suspension & Termination

GeoFirm may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, or legal compliance. Termination does not eliminate accrued obligations.

12. Privacy

Use of the Service is governed by the Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

13. Modifications

GeoFirm may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, with venue exclusively in Tennessee courts.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoFirm regarding the Service.
